Whether you want to stay for a night, a week, or even for an extended stay, Two Eagles Lodge Bed and Breakfast has a comfortable room that will make you feel right at home.
All rooms offer breathtaking sunrises over Denman Island and beautiful panoramic views of Baynes Sound and the Salish Sea (Georgia Strait) to the north. And, if you can take your eyes away from the water, enjoy the horses romping in the field.
All rooms have private entrances and private baths. We also offer a guest kitchenette and guest lounge (with an electric fireplace for chilly nights)—conveniently connecting the B&B wing to the house to offer group space that complements your privacy.
Rooms & Rates
All of our B&B rooms and our guest suite offer offer a unique experience with private baths, private entrances, and awesome views of the water, Denman Island, and the coastal mountains... not to mention our horses romping in the adjacent field. Ask about our discount for extended stays. For those who need more space or a separate kitchen, we have an 950-square foot upstairs suite available (private bath, entrance and balcony). This is not handicap accessible due to stairs. While many guests prefer to cook or use our bbq when staying in the suite, breakfast is included in the stay.( See more pictures in the Room Photo Galley )
Rates include accommodations and breakfast for two. Sales tax is not included.
Taxes
In addition to the room rates listed above, we must add taxes—a 5% GST (federal) and 8% PST (Provincial) to your total bill. The PST takes effect on all reservations for October 1, 2018 forward.

B&B room

On-season rates—(April 15-October 15)—two-night minimum
$185 per night for stays of 2-3 nights
$165 per night for stays of 4 nights or more.
Off-season rates—(October 16-April 14)—two-night minimum
$169 per night for stays of 2-3 nights
$149 per night for stays of 4 nights or more
Suite
Up to four adults in two queen beds/on pull-out couch --includes breakfast. Additional adults $10/each/night. Occupancy max is 6. Families with single child welcome year round; due to noise issues in the rooms below the suite, we cannot accept families with multiple children ages 2-8 during the months of July-September. ( unless you have all rooms reserved for your own group, such as weddings or reunions. ). 3-night minimum stay.

$285 per night for stays of 3-5 nights
$265 per night for stays of 6+ nights

Deposit/Cancellation Information: A credit card is required to hold a reservation. If you must cancel, our terms are as follows:
- There is no charge for reservations that are canceled with more than 30 days' notice (see exceptions below).
- You are responsible for 50% of your stay if canceled with less than 30 days, but more than 10 days' notice (see exceptions below).
- You are responsible for the entire booking if canceled with fewer than 10 days' notice or you are a no-show.
NOTE -- For July, August, September and holiday-weekend reservations: If you cancel with fewer than 30 days' notice, there is no refund of your deposit and the balance of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.
For reservations of four days or more during these months or holiday weekends, a $100 fee per room will be charged for any cancellation after the reservation is confirmed.
We hope you understand that because we have so few rooms to rent, a no-show or last-minute cancellation during these time periods is a significant loss to us. Unfortunately, a few inconsiderate guests have caused us to implement this policy.

Pets
We love dogs and we also liked to travel with our buddy, Cosmo!But, due to allergies and consideration for other guests, we do not allow pets in the guest rooms.
To accommodate pet lovers, however, we ask for advance notice for guests who want to bring a dog and also ask that it is on a leash when on the property. We work hard to keep our gardens manicured and digging dogs destroy that effort in no time.
We offer several options: A dog can sleep in a travel carrier in our ground-floor laundry room. We have a large, clean horse stall for a bigger dog to stretch out at night. Or, if your pooch is content sleeping in your vehicle (since our nights are nice and cool), that's fine, too. It's just $5 extra per night.
